All right, people, it is the end of my first six weeks and the results are in! I have lost close to eleven pounds and 1/2 inch off my waist! Woohoo!
There would have been more inches lost but I am dealing with Mono that still leaves me very tired so there is very little energy for walking and other exercises. However, I have started a weekly chair yoga class that is going well.
The semi-bad thing last night was that I was “starving”. The good news was that the only thing I have in the house is veggies and protein so about 5:30 pm I pigged out. Even then when I went to bed my blood sugar was 133 which was still very good.
Everything said, I really love this lifestyle change and will be sticking with it. Dr. Colbert’s “I Can Do This” Diet program really is working for me!
